1. Seller
The TURET online store (turet.com.ua) is operated by ФОП ШАКАЛ ДМИТРО МИКОЛАЙОВИЧ, tax identification number 3392616656. Any additional mandatory business contact details will be published before the shop begins full sales operations.
2. Products and pricing
Product descriptions and photos are provided in the catalog. All prices are displayed in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH). Some publications have a minimum price; additional contributions can be arranged separately. A product without a set price is not published for purchase. Please verify stock and exact contents with the seller.
3. How to order
Choose a product and quantity, then provide your name, email and phone number. For physical products, provide a Nova Poshta pickup point. Placing an order creates a reference number and status, but does not automatically mean payment has been received.
4. Payment methods
Cash on delivery via Nova Poshta/NovaPay is collected upon receipt and may incur carrier fees. Bank transfer to the sole proprietor's IBAN requires payment details and confirmation from the seller. Online card payment is disabled until a payment provider is connected. Never include card details in order comments.
5. Delivery
Physical goods within Ukraine may be delivered to a Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker where supported. Shipping and cash-on-delivery fees are charged separately unless otherwise agreed. Digital publications do not require courier delivery: the author provides a download link or online access after confirming payment.
6. E-books and audiobooks
E-books and coloring books are digital publications. The author supplies access or a download link after checking payment. The “Life Without the Right to Give Up” audiobook is for online listening only using the buyer's email and an individual password. Consumer rights and mandatory legal protections continue to apply to digital products.
7. Returns and complaints
Returns and exchanges follow applicable Ukrainian law, including mandatory consumer protection rules. If an item arrives damaged, contains missing pages, differs from the order, or digital access is not provided, contact the seller with your order number. Characteristics of small-batch, hand-assembled books do not remove statutory rights.
